Use gadgets and platforms that support more free communication for non-live communications that make messages not bed with the pressure of immediate responding.

The Productivity Paradox:

The forgoing is largely presumed to be made of the claim that persistent connectedness causes the optimum level of productivity. But in turn, research does not appear differently. In the end, AFK is much more than just a chatroom remnant. It is a reflection of the human nature to seek balance in this virtual world. However, if we utilize it mindfully, paying attention to boundaries, we can work towards a more mindful and healthy online experience, creating a deeper human connection beyond the noise of notifications.
