But after taking knowledge from different sources, I got to know that the Ayurveda is the best & easy way of living happily & healthy. I tried some of the Wellhealth Ayurvedic Health Tips that gave me so much unexpected good results that I had to trust in ayurveda. I will share everything that I had tried. But 1st let’s know in brief about ayurveda.

Ayurveda is a way of living. It’s all about daily routine (nitya kriya). It is the only holistic approach that focuses on natural healing. It says that the food is the only medicine that can make you healthy or unhealthy as it depends upon you that how you are consuming it, at what time you are taking it.

The same food can make you healthy or unhealthy as there are specific time of hours when you should consume specific food items. For example- Banana is a healthy fruit. Eating only 2 bananas can replace your 1 time meal as it has the capability to give you instant energy as it has lots of potassium in it.   1. Vata
  2. Pitta

So to hydrate our body the 1st thing after waking up is to drink normal room temperature or luke warm water on empty stomach. You can chck whenever we wake up in morning the 1st urine is always smelly & darker yellow because the complete night our body worked hard to digest food & heal itself & then it collects all the toxins in that urine.
  2. Gndush- You can easily heal your body by doing this small act of 2 min in morning, It’s simple & practical based on the principal of oil dissolves in oil. So the bad bacterias are covered with fatty lipids that protects them. When you do oil pulling or gndush oil attracts oil so all the bacterias gets attracted to that oil & them you throw them out in dustbin. This practice not only cleanse your mouth & throat but also the complete gut. It nurture your overall health. It will show you following results like white teeth,strong gums, improved digestion, no odour from mouth. 
  3. Eat meals on proper time.
  4. Never skip your meal.
  5. Do not overeat.

  1. satvik – It includes fresh food, vegetables.
  2. Rajsik- It includes food that is cooked with so many spicies. 
  3. Tamsik- All the frozen food, non veg, alcohol comes in this category. 

Ayurveda primarily says that the food we eat has direct relation with what we are! Satvik food helps to be calm & patient like a yogi & tamsik food that is prepared by hurting someone will create a feeling of guilty & helplessness. So It depends upon you what you eat. Tamsik food triggers the brain functioning. It’s addictive & don’t gets easily digested in our body.
