Today, February 7, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the results of the December–January Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation test. On the institute’s official website, icai.nic.in, candidates can review it. Candidates can use their registration and roll numbers to download their ICAI CA Foundation scorecards.

The results of the December–January Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation test were released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The original dates for the CA Foundation test were December 24–30, 2023; however, it was rescheduled for December 31, 2023, as well as January 2, 4, and 6, 2024. Today, February 7, is expected to yield results.
This time, 29.99 percent of candidates passed the test; of those, 29.77 percent were female and 30.19 percent were male. 41132 individuals (21728 males and 19404 females) out of the total 137153 candidates (71966 males and 65187 females) took the exam and passed the CA Foundation exam.
A qualifying status of “pass with distinction” will be awarded by ICAI to candidates who receive more than 70% of the possible points in the CA foundation 2023 December test. Upcoming CA Exam:
Eight international examination centers—Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimpu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait, and Muscat—will host the ICAI CA May/June 2024 exams. The Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat centers will begin the CA exam at 12:30 pm, which is local time for those locations and corresponds to 2 pm (IST). At the Bahrain, Doha, and Kuwait centers, the exam will begin at 11:30 am, or 2 pm (IST) local time in Bahrain, Doha, and Kuwait. At four locations in Kathmandu, Nepal, the exam will begin at 2:15 p.m. Nepal local time, which is equal to 2:00 PM (IST). The examination will start at 2:30 pm in the Thimpu (Bhutan) center.
