Zack Asmongold reacted to a YouTube video recently from MorePegasus titled Amouranth is the Biggest Fraud On Twitch. In a live stream, the YouTuber defended Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ and her side about her husband being abusive when an audience member questioned the validity of her claims.
The video given referred to a scandal from October 2022 when Amouranth revealed that she was married and her husband used to control her finances allegedly and forced her to make mature content. Asmongold randomly found the video while reacting to some of the Reddit posts on his broadcast.
What was Zack Asmongold’s reaction?
The initial reaction of the streamer was confusion. He said that people have been getting in on Amouranth being a big fraud on Twitch. He said to remember how she had a thing that happened with her and her husband and there is a bunch of drama surrounding it.
After talking about the drama he read aloud a viewer chat message, which cast doubts on her claims, and then proceeded to defend her by saying do you believe it seems fake? There is no reason to not believe her. The reason why he believed her was because it did not do anything for her, as she had nothing to gain from it. After that took place, it was not beneficial for her in any way at all.
What did the streamer say about this scandal?
Explaining further why he thought that she was not lying about having an abusive husband because she had more reason to hide this piece of information. After all, some people would stop watching her if they knew that she was married. This happened because a lot of Simps actually stopped watching her channel and streams after they found out that she was married. Zack Asmongold said that he does not think Amouranth is stupid and because he does not think she is stupid, he thinks she could have very easily predicted this by telling everyone about her husband it would clearly have been a secret before. So why was it a secret before then? Because she knew that it was a bad thing. The co-founder of OTK added, and then she goes on and says it which causes her to lose viewers and people stop watching her and her viewers lessen than before. Why would she say it now that does not make any sense, because why would a smart person who was seen making the right decision previously suddenly decide to make the wrong decision out of the blue for no seemingly reason or no sense of benefit?
However, as the streamer edited the clip of Asmongold Clips, the YouTube channel pointed out that the focus of the MorePegasus’ video was how Amouranth had later claimed to be free of her husband and also announced that she had stopped making adult content now.

The scandal with Amouranth and her husband was one of the most viral and biggest moments in the stream community last year and garnered a lot of attention from the viewers, fans, as well as her fellow streamers who had a lot more to say about it than anyone else.
Amouranth is very famous for her mature content on Twitch and YouTube which gathered the attention of people and simps. She is amazing with her cosplaying and fashion design. She also garnered the attention of big organizations like the Houston Grand Opera and House Ballet. In 2017 she began her streaming career and started to get noticed on Instagram as well. Amouranth was married to Nick Lee and revealed his identity last year. The couple got married in 2015 but the streamer never revealed her husband’s identity to the public. A few of the internet users discovered about her husband by digging a little. Amouranth was friends with her ex-husband Nick Lee before the couple tied the knot. Nick was a bodybuilder and was found on X around 2020 where he was found posting pictures of their marriage certificate and the official govt. website which certified their marriage. He was accused of controlling the streamer’s social media, bank accounts, and such. He was also said to force her to stream online against her will because her streams benefitted them both a lot financially. one might question whether it really did benefit them both if he was the one controlling her finances. He also forced her to participate in Amouranth’s famed hot tub broadcasts which was all against her choice. Her husband used to intimidate her with threats like burning her house down or killing her pets. The streamer on the other hand would produce a video that would assure her viewers that she is attempting to live a healthy lifestyle. She was later said to have regained financial control and got appropriate counseling after leaving him.
