Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma, along with his wife Ginni Chatrath, has finally opened the doors of a new cafe Kaps Cafe in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
The cafe was launched on 4 July 2025. This pastel pink and white walls give it a comfortable, Instagram-worthy atmosphere.
The inauguration saw a large gathering of fans, who posted glimpses on social media, as reported by the Times of India.
Stylish Interiors and Delicious Treat
The café dubbed as ” A Garden of Bakes & Brews” includes crystal chandeliers and baby-pink luxurious couch.
As per The Economics Times, its menu combines Indian staples such as gur wali chai with hip matcha lattes. Desserts, such as lemon pistachio cake and fudgy brownies, have become a buzz.
A video tour by a content creator highlighted the space being filled to the brim. Social media chatter spotlights Kaps Cafe’s attraction to food enthusiasts and Kapil’s followers alike.
Celebrity Support and Fan Frenzy
Kapil’s friends, such as Kiku Sharda, celebrated the opening. Sharda shared, “Kya baat hai!” on Instagram Stories.
The fans complimented the look of the cafe, with one saying, “We want Guthi welcoming with tea!” that refers to Kapil’s show character.
The Instagram account of the cafe, which has more than 20.9K followers, posted messages appreciating visitors for their hospitality during the peak launch.

Kapil Sharma remains the star on Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show. Its third season, with celebrities such as Rishabh Pant and Gautam Gambhir, goes on air every week.
